Hello Penhurst Families!

It’s the final two weeks of the summer swim season! While the season has flown by, we still have a lot packed into these final weeks, including our last two regular-season meets, a swim-a-thon, the Patti Wilder State Qualifying Meet, and our end-of-season celebration.

With so many important dates, deadlines, and announcements coming up, please take a few minutes to carefully read through the information below. We want to make sure everyone stays informed and doesn’t miss any of the exciting events ahead as we finish the season!

Don't forget that Tuesday's meet theme is GREEN OUT, so wear your favorite green gear and let's show off our Penhurst pride! 

We still have a few volunteer positions available for Tuesday's home meet. We have added three Predator Parking Patrol jobs and are looking for a few dads (or moms!) to help direct traffic as families arrive. No experience is necessary, and you'll even get to wear a stylish neon safety vest. Feel free to bring your own whistle—or any other accessories needed to fully embrace your new role as a member of the Predator Parking Patrol! You can sign up through SwimTopia where you declare your swimmer for the meet.

Home Meet Tomorrow vs. Arthur’s Vineyard

Parking & Seating: Please follow the signs in the neighborhood and only park on one side of the street. If possible, please carpool or walk if in the neighborhood. Do not drive on grass in yards or neighborhood common areas. Our home team seating area will be on the far end of the deck. We will designate the visiting team area under the pavilion and that side of the deck.

Concessions: We will have pizza, chick fil a sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs, and all the standard concessions foods available. We accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo.

Team Picture: 4:45 p.m.

Warmups: 5:00 p.m.

Start: 6:00 p.m.

Our annual team picture will be taken before Tuesday's meet! Please have your swimmer at the pool by 4:45 p.m. so we can get everyone organized and ready for the photo.

Swimmers should wear their team suit only for the group picture. No need to wear Penhurst shirt.

6/30: End of Season Party @ Penhurst Pool from 5-7 p.m. (Please RSVP on the Meet Schedule Page of the website)

Patti Wilder State Qualifying Meet

We have over 50 swimmers and 23 relay teams in this meet! Wow!! This is sure to be fun! More information about meet specifics will be sent to attendees separately. Please note all Patti Wilder attendees are invited to attend a special practice on Thursday, 6/25 from 10-11 a.m. at the pool. Let’s Go Penhurst!!
